Brazilian Jiu - Jitsu - is a self defence system that focuses on ground fighting techniques along with joint locks and chokes. In a Brazilian Jiu - jitsu class you will learn how to defend and or attack an opponent on the ground.
No GI BJJ - Learn how to defend and attack an opponent on the ground in everyday life with this class that does not require the traditional GI uniform.
